Terms of delivery and return

The buyer, having chosen the delivery service at the time of order, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods. The buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences.

The buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. The Seller has the right to cancel his order without notifying the Buyer in advance if the Buyer does not pay for the goods within 3 (three) working days.

The goods are delivered throughout Lithuania within 4 working days from the receipt of payment for the goods. Only after receiving the payment for the goods, the formation of the parcel of goods begins and the term of delivery of the goods begins to count.

We will send your purchased goods via DPD or Omniva parcel delivery services. The goods will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer or to the nearest post office – the method is chosen when purchasing the goods.

Each time you receive the goods, inspect the packaging for damage and any other mechanical or suspicious damage. If there are any such violations, write them down in a document signed by the courier. If the Buyer fails to take these actions, the Seller is released from liability to the Buyer for damage to the goods, if such damage was caused by packaging damage, which the Buyer did not mark in accordance with the above procedure.

In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer’s control.

Return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy no. 217 “Return and Exchange Rules” approved and Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of 17 August 2001. 258 approved “Rules for the sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded by means of communication”.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement (terminate the agreement) by applying to UAB Ando within 7 days from the date of delivery if the appearance of the goods and packaging has not changed significantly the goods have not been used and are not damaged, the goods are complete, and the buyer has a document confirming the purchase. The return procedure is mutually compatible by e-mail or telephone.
